各位大虾，小弟我今天又去赛班网走了一遭，情况还是没有好转，以下是网站的最新公告，网站之重新开放2个小时做证书，但是我试过，还是不行。看来今天又做不了证书了。特此也告诉大伙儿一声。小弟明天还会再上去试试。
Due to continuing problems with the hardware that produces Developer Certificates we will have disabled the creation of Developer Certificates. This disablement will be in place between 10:30am UK time and 1:30pm UK time at which point we will turn on the ability to request Developer Certificates for a further 2 hours. Further information will be available at later points today. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working hard to ensure we have replacement hardware ready as soon as possible.

New Open Signed Developer Certificate request
Following the re-enablement of Developer Certificates (Open Signed) this morning we have continued to have issues with our hardware. Developer Certificate creation has been disabled temporarily again (14:30 UK Time 12th Feb) and will be re-enabled on 13th February at approximately 08:00 UK Time.

We apologise for the contining problems, this measure has been taken to ensure that the site is stable for Express and Certified Signed submissions.

New Open Signed Developer Certificate request
Developer Certificates and Open Signed Offline have been disable until Monday 18th February. Although we have resolved the issue of creating the DevCerts there are further issues caused by the huge demand for Developer Certificates when the service was enabled again.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will be working to ensure that this service is available again on Monday. Express Signing and Certified Signing is available as normal.

Your request has failed. Reason:
- Developer Certificates will be ENABLED for users who have a Publisher ID ONLY. (during GMT office hours)
- ONLY if you used a Publisher ID to create a .csr file with the DevCertCreate tool will you be able to use Open Signed Offline to create a Developer Certificate.
- Developer Certificates are currently DISABLED for users without a Publisher ID. Users who DO NOT have a Publisher ID CANNOT request Developer Certificates or use Open Signed Offline.
- Open Signed Online and Offline for users without a Publisher ID will NOT be available temporarily, an update will be provided during Week beginning 25th Feb
- If you have recently obtained a Publisher ID and are unable to create a Developer Certificate using Open Signed Offline please request support through the Symbian Signed forum on the Symbian Developer Network

说不能通过，需要什么开发证书

郁闷了,刚买了N95 一个软件没装,就失败

我已经注册成功ID号了.但是:点击”Open Signed“，弹出两个自选选项，选择”Request“这一步后出现了都是英语,但是没有上传做证书的页面.为什么呢?谢谢.
