Satellite (weather satellite image) - Freeware Download: Satellite.jar, Satellite.jad Purpose: MIDlet Satellite is created to allow user of a mobile device viewing current weather situation through satellite image adapted for device`s display. Its creation was based on a wisdom that one picture can speak better than 1000 words. Satellite image shows almost entire Europe allowing MIDlet to be used outside of the borders of Croatia. Tourists or others planning trips around Europe could find it interesting.Except viewing current situation user can see satellite image animation for the last 4 hours. By getting access to such information user him/herself can predict shall the weather change or will it remain the same.The source of the satellite images is EUMETSAT. Use: After starting the MIDlet user gets a menu from which he can choose 2 views of the satellite images, settings, help or information about the MIDlet (Picture 1). First option provides animation of the 8 satellite images taken in the last 4 hours. Viewing weather development through a longer time interval can help user predict weather be like in the next couple of hours. After requesting data (Picture 2) and choosing connection type (Picture 3) downloading animation to the mobile device takes a while. The second option on the menu allows user to view the latest available satellite image.This satellite image is being refreshed every half an hour so the data user gets describes current weather conditions pretty accurately (Picture 4). I have written this calculator with 2d and 3d plot function as student project. Feedback with comments is welcome.

To input numbers use the numbers on your telephone, "#" inputs a point. To input operators or functions press "*". The position of the functions on the screen maps to the position on your mobile phone keyboard.

To draw a graph simply press "*" three times, or as the formula contains an "x" or "y" press Calc.

To navigate in the graph press "2" and "8" for up and down and press "4" and "6" for left and right.

To scale the graph on the y-axis press "3" for zoom out and "9" for zoom in. For zooming on the x-axis press "1" and "7".

To leave the graph window press "*" again.

The file has been updated to a new version. Please be sure to update to this.
The following network features are supported:
1) System is able to recognise a device accidently leaving the network, e.g. from moving out of range or battery dying.
2) If a device has application started and moves within range of a chat network, the discovery should automatically connect to the other devices. It will check every 3 minutes.
3) The system is able to with stand interuptions, e.g. from incoming calls, and should be able to receive all messages on resume.

The application features that are already incorporated:
1) user names and icons
2) view list of all users currently in chat network
3) edit username and icon from `user settings`
4) scrolling feature on chat screen
5) manually change number of lines on screen from `application settings`

IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR BLUETOOTH IS ENABLED BEFORE RUNNING THE APPLICATION!

MIDI Player for Java MIDP 2.0 Compatible phones. Plays continuous. You can use it if your phone doesn’t have a radio or MP3 player or if your phone memory isn’t large enough.
